Zhaleo inaugurates ‘Sadbhav Mandap’ at Vihokhu village

DIMAPUR , September 6 : Advisor, Sericulture, Excise & Minority Affairs, Zhaleo Rio on September 4 inaugurated the newly constructed multi-facility centre, Sadbhav Mandap, under the aegis of minority affairs cell at Vihokhu village local ground.

In a press release, NDPP 5 GhaspaniII A/C media secretary stated that, Zhaleo while speaking at the function as special guest, said that the common facility centre was constructed through sponsorship from the ministry of minority affairs under PMJVK during 2019-20.

He said that Nagas could be considered as minority as Christians were a minority at national level and informed that setting up of minority community blocks were in the process since Niuland sub-division was the lone recognised block in the state.

Zhaleo also expressed satisfaction with the construction works and all those involved in the successful completion of the multi centre.

He advised the public to utilise it to the optimum and at the same time, manage and maintain the centre as a priority.

While speaking on the pandemic situation, he noted that the third wave may hit anytime, therefore, encouraged every eligible person to get vaccinated.

He also cautioned the public to remain vigilant and follow all guidelines even after vaccinated.
