Kohima, June 29 (MExN): The thanksgiving programme of Neibodzelie Solo (Bubu) of NDPP candidate for ULB election of PWD, Ward-11, Kohima was held at Middle PWD, Y Junction in Kohima on June 27.
In his speech, Bubu highlighted his aims and objectives to represent Ward 11 in KMC. “Together, we have to transform our ward into a model ward for others to follow,” he added.
While emphasizing on human relationship, which is more important than political parties, Dr Tsielhoutuo (Ato) MLA assured to work with the elected members of all the political parties for overall development and to make Kohima a better city to live in.
Short speeches were delivered by Prasielie Pienyü, President, NDPP Kohima Region & Chairman, NHHDCL; Krodiho Kennao President, NDPP, 9th Kohima Town A/C and Dozhohü Tünyi, Chairman, PWD. Panchayat, Ward 11.
On behalf of family, Theyievio Solo thanked all the members of the ward for their support and help. Earlier, the programme was chaired by Sarah Naam while Temsuinla, Pastor, Women Ministry, Sangtam Baptist Lithro, Kohima said the invocation. Welcome address was delivered by Michael Neikha, Chairman U.P.W.D. Council, special song by Avinuo Metha, eote of thanks by Zhoveto Puro Working President, NDPP, 9th Kohima town A/C and benediction by Rev Nikko Mero, Sr Pastor, KCBC, Kohima.
