DIMAPUR, JANUARY 20 (MExN): Amid the concerns over the possible abolition of Free Movement Regime (FMR) raised by various organizations in the State, Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on January 19 said it is against the move. ‘There is some speculation but we are against that,’ Rio said, when queried on the issue by media persons on the sideline of the ‘2nd Nagaland International Trade Expo.’ He further indicated that the issue was not discussed at the recent the 71st Plenary Session of the North Eastern Council held in Shillong on Friday. However, the State Government is yet to make an official statement on the issue.
