Kohima, June 29 (MExN): The Union Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman will be attending the Nagaland Investment Conclave 2022 scheduled on July 4 and 5, the State Chief Secretary, J Alam informed that the AHoDs & HoDs meeting held at the Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima on June 28.
As per a DIPR report, the Chief Secretary stated that the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) conclave was the first of its kind in Nagaland, being organised by Investment and Development Authority (IDAN) and reminded all Government departments to give full attention towards the success of the programme.
Also briefing the officers, CEO IDAN, Alemtemshi stated that CSR conclave was one steps towards the many positive changes coming to the State. He further maintained that various cooperate companies have shown their interest in investing in Nagaland and a fruitful participation is expected.
The CEO also informed that there would be business-to-business and business-to-government interactions and bankers conclave during the event as well. He also sought cooperation and support from the officers of the State Government for the success of the programme.
Meanwhile, the Chief Secretary also informed that the State Government plans to implement e-pension at the earliest and the reforms in this area was needed for proper functioning of the Government.
He expressed confidence that the new technologies can be implemented successfully for ease of doing business since the State has able officers.
