Kiphire, December 22 (MExN): A thanksgiving programme for K Sudanvito Justin, “the 8th gazetted officer of the Tikhir” Naga community was held on December 21 at Kiusam town. A press release received here stated that K Sudanvito secured Women Resource Development Officer (WRDO) through NPSC-NCS/NPS & Allied Services 2023.
Others present in the gathering were Joshua, EAC of Phokhungri, Mark Marekiu, public leader, LY Tokim, KAGBU President, Yantsuthong, president VDB Union Kisuam Area, Muremong, Head DB, Kiusam Town, Fr Thomas Toretkiu, Village leaders, pastors, student union women leaders and other dignitaries.
The programme started with prayer of blessing by Samuel Kurak, Catechist of St John’s Church Kiusam.
K Sudanvito while thanking the gathering said, “hard work, self-discipline and resilience can bring achievements in life.’ He thanked his parents and sibling for their sacrifice and contributing in his journey towards his goals.
Special songs and traditional dance were presented by Women Society, St John’s Church Kiusam, Women Society, KTBC and Kiusam Student Union. Individual and different organizations presented gifts to K Sudanvito. The programme concluded with prayer by Rev Rangthong, Pastor KTBC.
