DIMAPUR, SEP 12 (NPN): Nagaland COVID-19 tally breached the 5000-mark on Saturday after 118 fresh cases were reported from across the state.
On Saturday, 113 cases were detected in Dimapur, 2 each in Kohima and Peren and 1 in Mon district, taking the tally to 5064 cases.
Out of 5064 positive cases, the distribution across various categories of people include 2377 cases from the Armed Forces, 1399 returnees, 317 frontline workers and 971 traced contacts.
According to Health department’s weekly bulletin, positivity rate had increased in the last two week after a small decline. It further said that a total of 69,050 samples had been tested till date.
