Kohima, December 18 (MExN): The Director General of Police, Nagaland T John Longkumer, IPS, took stock of the law and order situation in the state and the election preparedness of the various units of Nagaland Police in a Conference Hall at Rhododendron Hall, Chümoukedima on December 17.
The SP (Crime) & PRO, Nagaland Police in a press release stated that the conference was attended by Senior Police Officers from PHQ, Commissioner of Police, Dimapur and all SPs and Commandants.
Limasunep Jamir, IPS, Inspector General of Police (Range) and State Police Nodal Officer Elections gave a presentation on election preparedness.
Sandeep M Tamgadge, IPS, Addl Director General of Police (L&O) and K Martin Pienyu, IPS, Inspector General of Police (INT) highlighted law and order issue. Renchamo P Kikon, IPS, Addl. Director General of Police (Adm) chaired the meeting.
