DIMAPUR , Nov 4: Eastern Naga Students’ Federation (ENSF) held its first presidential meet at DUDA guest house Kohima attended by its federating units.
In a press release, ENSF information and publicity secretary, Keyoungkhum K informed that during the programme, ENSF president Chingmak Kumchuba Chang in his presidential address acknowledged the federating units for their cooperation and for standing beside the federation against all odds and hurdles.
He urged the federating units to maintain the same spirit in order to achieve the ultimate goal of the Eastern kin.
On behalf of federating unit presidents, Konyak Students Union (KSU) president T Noklem Konyak congratulated the new ENSF team.
In his speech, Noklem stated that the best individuals with refined wisdom were nominated into ENSF new tenure and expressed confidence in the new team to take to revamp the lapses and loopholes prevailing in Eastern Naga.
The programme preceded with a discussion hour and short briefing by ENSF assistant general secretary, Kaibo Konyak on agendas where ENSF charter of demand over NSSB was deliberated which the house unanimously resolved to stand on the demand.
The program was chaired by ENSF vice president Nuyhemong, invocation by Konyak Students Union president and solidarity messages from six federating units.
