Autobiography ‘Unveiling the Truth’ released

KOHIMA, SEPTEMBER 2 (MExN): An autobiography titled ‘Unveiling the truth’ written by I. Panger Imchen was released by the Pastor, Kohima Ao Baptist Arogo (KABA), O. Sashi Ozukum at hotel de Oriental Grand, Kohima on August 31. The author I. Panger Imchen is a retired Director of Agriculture department and hails from Chungtia village under Mokokchung district.

In his note, the author, Panger Imchen said the book is based on the events noted by him in his daily Diary. His stories are presented as it is without any filter because of which the book is named as “Unveiling the truth,” a DIPR report stated. 

Imchen said that the book unveils his life events into four sections- his early life as a village boy during the Indian army operation, high school and college life, service in the state Agriculture Department till his retirement as Director in the year 2013 and his family and people that influenced him.

The program was chaired by Kohima Chungtia Fellowship in-charge, Tiameren while the invocation prayer was offered by Kohima Aliba Fellowship in-charge, Nukshirenla. A note on book review was shared by Repalemzung Longkumer, Publisher of Woods Publishers. The book was launched with a dedicatory prayer by pastor KABA, O. Sashi Ozukum.
