The Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) today organised a welcome programme of the new members from Phek District in joining Congress party.
NPCC president and Lok Sabha MP, S. Supongmeren Jamir welcomed them to the party in a function held at Congress Bhavan Kohima on August 1.
Introduction of the new members was made by V. Lasuh, vice president NPCC while D. Mosonyi Domeh delivered short speech.
Those who joined the party includes; D. Mosonyi Domeh, former president NDPP Phek division, Yetshulhi Ngatsi, former CEC member NDPP, Thepusayi Nienu, former general secretary and vice president DCCI Phek, Razuchi Chizo, former NSUI president Phek district and former secretary NDPP Youth Wing central, Kulo Tsiizuh, former IT Cell Convener BJP Nagaland, Ngaliinyi Rume, former Vice president NPP Phek district, Kiizoveyi Kezo, ex- member NPF, Sepathi Nuwiry, former NDPP youth Wing Secretary and Yiekolhi Rhakho, ex member NPP.
Earlier, welcome address was delivered by NPCC working president Khriedi Theunuo while vote of thanks was proposed by NPCC vice president Capt. GK Zhimomi.
