Nagaland Board to declare HSLC and HSSLC results on May 24

Kohima, May 18 (MExN): The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) will declare the provisional results of the Class 10 (HSLC) and Class 12 (HSSLC) examinations on the afternoon of May 24. 

 

 

 

The results will be made available in printed form as well as soft copy via the NBSE’s portal www.nbsenl.edu.in, via android mobile result app as well as three other exams results websites, the Board informed in a notification today. The websites are www.results.shiksha, www.indiaresults.com and www.exametc.com.

For android user, a mobile results app will be available on Google Playstore.

 The provisional Result Gazettes will be issued to all the registered institutions of the Board along with the marksheetst/pass certificates, it said. 

The NBSE will also issue the documents to the centre superintendents only from May 29-30 and they are directed to collect and distribute the same to the schools under their centre.

 In case, a centre superintendent cannot come, he/she can authorise another centre superintendent who is coming to collect the documents on his/her behalf, further informed the notification issued by the NBSE Chairman Asano Sekhose. 

 The district-wise collection dates of documents will also be made available in the NBSE’s portal and district’s Whatsapp groups and all centre superintendents are requested to note the dates and collect the documents accordingly. 

The High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate examinations (HSSLC) were held from March 9-31.

The NBSE then informed a total of 24,361 candidates will be appearing for their HSLC examinations from 96 provisional centres across Nagaland. Out of 24,361 candidates, 11,197 were boys and 13,164 were girls. 

In HSSLC examination, a total of 16,085 candidates were enrolled comprising of Arts – 12431, Commerce – 1214 and Science – 2439. Out of 16,085 candidates, 7612 were boys and 8473 were girls. Examinations were held in 65 provisional centres across the State. 

Concurrently, the Class XI Promotion Examination 2023 was held from March 9- 31.
