Love builds up: KBC Soul Ignite VII camp held

Kohima, April 9 (MExN): The Koinonia Baptist Church (KBC) has conducted Soul Ignite VII camp held for the Youth and Junior CYE at Koinonia Prayer Centre (KPC), Tsiesema Basa under the theme, “…Love builds up” (1 Cor. 8:1) from April 5-8. Altogether 201 Campers and officials attended the camp.

The campers committed their lives to Jesus Christ and received blessings of healing, deliverance and breakthrough.
The speakers were Rev Zotuo Kiewhuo, Founder Pastor KBC and Principal Kohima Bible College; Medotseilieü, Pastor KBC, Neibalie Pastor KBC and Rokopra Mekro, Asst Pastor KBC.

The resource persons were Kekhriengunuo Nienu, Ph.D scholar in Biblical Counseling at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary Kansas City, Missouri who is also a certified Biblical Counselor with Association of Certified Biblical Counselor, US and serves as a Biblical Counselor at Reigning Grace Counseling Center, Liberty, Missouri, while other resource person included Esther Rhee, John Rhee, Jordan Lebahn, Kaitlynn Lebahn and Ashely Pingleton all from Kansas City, Missouri.

Ruokuotuo Kuotsu, evangelist KBC was the Camp Director and Salenthong Khevazüklü was the Assistant Camp Director while the praise and worship was led by  Neilhou Sopfünuo, Evangelist KBC  and team- Asi Meyase, Keneisetuo Kiewhuo, Dziese Rutsa, Theja Keditsu and  Meciekhonu and Sound system was managed by Vila Zaputuoü and Yolise.

Biblical Quiz was conducted by Menuosielie Üsou, Evangelist KBC.

The campers were divided into three groups, namely ‘Gentleness’ led by Seyieneizo Solo and Ruokuovinuo Semy, ‘Goodness’ led by Rüyangulie Thong and Vizovonuo Keditsu and ‘Faithfulness’ by Vikethotuolie Sekhose and Pekrubeinuo Sanchu.

Topics covered during the camp included such as “Sins and its consequences; Repentance and salvation; Faith; Legitimate sons and daughters in the family of God; Prayer; Temptation and testing; Satanism, gaming, music, tattoos, festivals, movies; Biblical concept of the role of men and women in the society, church; Tithes and offerings; Blessings and curses; Holy spirit; power, gifts and role and Restore the image of God in Christ.

The Soul Ignite camp is an annual event of the Koinonia ministry that ministers to youths, with this seventh edition of the Soul Ignite has marked another milestone of success with 25th Year celebration of the Youth Department in this year.
