Dimapur, March 18 (MExN): The Tuensang and Tseminyu District Planning & Development Boards held their monthly meetings at the respective district headquarters on March 17, according to a DIPR report received here.
In Tuensang, Deputy Commissioner and Vice chairman DPDB Nokchasashi appreciated the Heads of Offices under Tuensang district for their cooperation during the conduct of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly election and sought the same cooperation in the future.
Reviewing minutes of the previous meeting, the DC enquired on the completion of CHMIS registration and asked those that are still remaining to do so at the earliest. He also advised all the Heads of Offices to attend the DPDB meeting without fail and added that failure to attend the meetings shall result in reporting to the respective Directorates.
Nokchasashi asked the departments to be informed and ready for conducting the ULB election in a successful manner. Departmental activities were presented by Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services and Agriculture Department, the DIPR report stated.
The house also finalised the decision to conduct the monthly Board meeting on the 7th of every month, it added.
Meanwhile, in Tseminyu, DC & Vice Chairman DPDB Tseminyu, Dr Zasekuolie Chusi welcomed the members present and congratulated the new elected MLA of 12 Tseminyu Assembly Constituency Jwenga Seb, who also attended the meeting.

ADC Tseminyu, Longasen Lotha appraised the house on the ensuing related preparation for the ULB election under Tseminyu District. He urged the Heads of Offices to keep in touch with their staff and convey all necessary information as and when required, the DIPR report stated.
The DC called upon the members to be actively involved and mentally prepared for any assignment whenever entrusted and carry it out diligently. Departmental activities were presented by SBI Tseminyu and MLA Jwenga Seb proposed the vote of thanks, it said.
