Dimapur, June 16 (MExN): Two new COVID-19 cases were reported from Dimapur district In Nagaland on Wednesday, taking the tally of active cases to four.
According to the daily health bulletin issued by the state Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme, one case was detected during self test or random testing while the other case was detected from a returnee/traveller.
With this, the state’s cumulative tally of cases stands at 35,502 out of which 33,247 have recovered from the disease. The death toll remained at 757 excluding four other deaths that were categorised as ‘Non covid deaths (with COVID-19 positivity),’ according to the IDSP bulletin.
